"Voices In My Head" deals with KayR’s psychological manifestation of what he sees as haters. He sees them as voices in his head that he must overcome. The song’s verses are each a separate part of his journey to do that.

In the first verse he is encountering the voices and is intimidated.

In the second verse he hides from them by working on music all the time but begins to lose his friends and feels like he is being neglectful.

In the third verse he has overcome the judgement of others and realizes that to silence the voices he must simply ignore them.
